  • Yes, we offer speedy walk-in services with great customer care at no additional cost. We kindly request that you send any necessary files in advance and allow yourself ample time in case of any unexpected technical issues.

  • Each job has unique specifications, requiring different materials, quantities, and custom finishing options. Standard pricing would mean overestimating costs for every project, which contradicts our mission of providing premium printing services with fast turnaround times at competitive prices. Our trusted pricing methods have resulted in long-term relationships with our clients.

Production
Times

  • We take pride in our fast turnaround times. While specific job requirements, file problems and potential supply chain issues may affect the timeline, we aim to complete every project as quickly as possible. Many items are eligible for same-day turnaround, and 90% of our printing jobs are completed within 7 business days.

  • In short, no. We ask that all orders be placed through our quote request form or via email at online@sherwoodcopy.com

    This allows us to maintain a reference for every job entering and leaving our facility, ensuring clear documentation of job information and full disclosure for both parties.

  • Yes, we offer same-day turnaround on many of our printing capabilities. We strive to meet rushed deadlines as long as they are achievable within our production hours. Please note that same-day ordering is subject to the following requirements:

    • Files are correctly sized, with bleed, and have high enough resolution for the specific job.

    • The order is placed and confirmed by Sherwood Watline by 12 PM.

    • Payment is processed and received by 12 PM.

    • The job does not require special materials or custom finishes that are not readily available or require offset printing.

    • The total order quantity does not exceed our same-day production capacity.

    Meeting these criteria helps ensure we can complete your rush order on time. However, please note that Sherwood Watline is obligated to reject any same-day job that does not meet these criteria. That said, we strive to make every customer happy and can often complete orders by the next business day or the day after.

  • We will notify you via the email address you provided in our quote request form as soon as your order is ready for pickup or shipment.

  • Yes, Sherwood is a fair company however if the issue is due to an error on our end. However, we are not obligated to provide discounts or refunds for issues caused by customer file errors, such as incorrect file formatting, spelling mistakes, or unintended white borders due to missing bleed.

  • Yes, every order from Sherwood will include an invoice/receipt for documentation purposes for both parties.

  • Yes, we offer flexible payment options. Please contact us to discuss our installment plans.

File
Sharing

  • We accept a variety of file formats including PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and EPS. If you have files in a different format, please contact our customer service team to confirm compatibility or receive assistance with file conversion.

  • To send large files (25MB+), you can use file-sharing services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, or similar platforms. Simply upload your files to one of these services and share the download link with us. If you have any specific preferences or need assistance, feel free to contact our customer service team.

    • If you notice a spelling mistake or design error in your files, please contact us immediately. We can make adjustments to your files before printing if the order has not yet been processed. For best results, thoroughly review your files before submission to minimize the risk of errors.

  • While we do our best to ensure your files are print-ready, enhancing the resolution of low-quality images is not always possible without compromising quality. We recommend providing high-resolution files (at least 300 DPI) for the best results. If you need assistance with your files, our team can offer guidance and support.

Issues

  • The color difference is likely because your files were not exported in CMYK format.

  • We always confirm the specifications of the job and pricing before producing a proof or mockup. This ensures that all details are accurate and agreed upon before proceeding. Once the specifications and pricing are confirmed, we will create and send a proof for your approval. This process helps us avoid any misunderstandings and ensures that the final product meets your expectations.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, pleasecontact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. While we strive to meet all needs, we reserve the right to refuse any reprints due to customer file errors, such as spelling mistakes, resolution issues, scaling problems, or updates.

  • Yes, you can cancel your order. However, cancellation policies depend on the production stage of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your cancellation options and any applicable fees.

Shipping & Handling

  • We use a variety of shipping options to best suit our customers needs, including standard, expedited, and oversized shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and finished size dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination.

  • Simply Put, No shipping is not free. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery address. We use a wide range of shipping partners to deliver very competitive prices for shipping fees for our customers.
